Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. Our farm in the middle of the Franconian Lakeland is perfect for taking a few days off and vacationing in an idyllic landscape. Many cycling and hiking trails and the proximity to lakes offer both couples and families many leisure activities. Our farm is also in a quiet location for working people who are looking for a place to stay near their place of work. Breakfast options and local delicacies are within walking distance.

Our apartment on the upper floor offers generous space for 3 people and comprises 86 m² of living space. The large south-facing balcony has an awning and presents a beautiful panoramic view of forest, meadows and the Riegelberg. It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
