In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Lake District dream with eBikes, sauna & charging station

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

House on the edge of the forest with sauna near Lake Brombach

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with direct access to the forest. Our vacation home is located directly in the Franconian lake district near Lake Altmühlsee and Lake Brombachsee. It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

Tiny House Time Out - with Barrel Sauna

This great accommodation is anything but ordinary! Are you looking for a great opportunity for a little time out or for a city trip to Augsburg and Munich? Or you want to conquer Legoland in Günzburg and relax in your own sauna at the same time? Then you've come to the right place! The apartment is on the upper floor (elevator available) of our vacation home. The courtyard can be used for barbecuing, sitting together and relaxing. We are located in the Altmühltal Nature Park. Bieswang is a small district of Pappenheim, so you are in a quiet, rural area. Shopping is available in Bieswang directly (butcher, vegetables, egg shop), as well as in the surrounding villages and towns such as Pappenheim, Treuchtlingen & Eichstätt.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Sankt Maria - for families, groups, seminars

This former rectory is great for spending time with extended family, multiple families and friends. In addition to the bedrooms and kitchens, seminar rooms, a gastronomic kitchen that goes out to the garden and a music room with a concert grand piano can be rented. In the garden, a large walnut tree provides shade for eating and drinking together in the garden. Swimming pool in the heat, sauna and fire bowl in cooler temperatures...

Wonderful space for families and friends with up to 16 people. HAUS ARCHAEOPTERYX is located in the midst of beautiful nature, surrounded by a huge, park-like garden with a private swimming pool, sauna and ping pong table, just a stone's throw from the legendary Archaeopteryx quarries. Fantastic hiking and cycling tours await right outside the front door as well as numerous attractions and excursions in the Altmühltal Nature Park.
