nice 2 room apartment (stress free)

We offer a beautiful apart. in Hagen university district. It is beautifully located in the green. The train station and the city center can be reached quickly. The bus connection is also great and the Fernuni is within walking distance in only 15 min. A small Rewe is about 9 min. walk away and offers everything you need including a small bakery. The highway is also not far. My husband and I live on the ground floor of the house and are happy to help. Bed linen + towels are included in the price.

Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

A modern living area is showcased with a spacious sectional couch, accompanied by a wooden coffee table. Natural light illuminates the room through large windows adorned with sheer curtains. A decorative plant and a patterned area rug add warmth to the space.
