Large apartment, 84 m2, between Dortmund, Bochum and Witten. The accommodation is in a quiet location and is surrounded by a large garden, but there are still 2 supermarkets, a bus, a kiosk and restaurants within 3–10 minutes. Very well suited for families or visitors to conferences and trade fairs, as there are three separate rooms with sleeping accommodation. The distance to Dortm.-City is 10 km, to TU Do 3 km, to the Ruhr-Uni-Bochum 10 km and to the University of Witten/ Herdecke 2 km.

Cozy holiday apartment, central, quiet location. The pretty apartment in a half-timbered house has its own entrance and everything you need for everyday life. WLAN, TV, coffee, tea are available to our guests. Popular destinations, supermarkets are in the vicinity. The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.

The federal highway 236 and the A2 are approx. 10 minutes away from your accommodation. Downtown (e.g. Football Museum, etc.) as well as the Westfalenhalle can be reached in approx. 15-20 minutes by train or car.

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful district of Buer in Gelsenkirchen – close to the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences and the Veltins Arena. The quiet but central location with quick access to the A2 and A52 makes it ideally accessible. Shops (Lidl, Aldi, bakery) and downtown Buer are in the immediate vicinity.
