A small seaside house on the waterfront with exclusive views of the Ria de Pontevedra. A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

A private balcony offers expansive views of the beach and ocean. The interior showcases a cozy living area with a sleek lamp and modern entertainment unit. Large sliding glass doors enhance the connection between indoors and the seaside landscape.

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
