Due to the new local laws, when arriving at the accommodation, guests' IDs are required to leave the house picked up.

The Wind Mill

Beautifully located in hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits the Marinhas windmill. The windmill dates from the year 1758 and was built in the traditional northern Portuguese style with circular walls, two floors, an entrance on the grown floor and two windows on the upper floor. It is classified as a municipal heritage building. The mill is 130 meters above sea level thus providing a breathtaking view over the towns and ocean and a unique retreat for the more adventurous guest.

In Semide, about 2 km away, there is a supermarket, cafes, pastry/bakery, restaurant, fuel pumps, pharmacy, etc. The city of Coimbra is about 8 km away, with several points of tourist and cultural interest.
