Beautiful apartment in safe neighbourhood

This was an amazing place with all the amenities and more. The host left some snacks and treats for the guest as well as music devices, a tv, a full kitchen, heating/ac unit and more. Exceeded expectations for sure and in a great part of town. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in an old building. Loft room was just big enough for four of us. Comfy beds and airy. Shower great. The best part is the location, a nice 20 min walk to the centre - perfect location and 5 mins from the metro station. Check in with as quick and efficient. Great communication from the host, who was kind and thoughtful. Nice bottle of port and tarts on arrival - what a treat!

Cristina and Jolly are very responsive. Jolly met us and showed us the studio. She also made it possible for us to check in early. This studio is very close to Atocha train station, and is an easy walk to the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, Retiro Park… The studio apartment looks exactly like the photos, but is smaller than I expected. It would be perfect for one person; it is a bit small for two people if you stay at home on a rainy day. If you are out and about, it is doable. We enjoyed staying there, and loved the location.

Great place to stay! We spent a month here - it's a good location close to Plaza Mayor, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was very clean and well arranged for our needs during our weeks in Salamanca. A highly recommended place!

Juan is a superb host. Attentive, helpful and always willing to help and facilitate the stay for the guest. The flat is fantastic, located in a quiet area and just 10 minutes from downtown. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Madrid was great! We were just far enough outside of the main city square that it wasn’t super loud, but close enough to walk and take the metro with ease! The apartment was so nice and the shower and bed were great!

Cozy Loft apartment, clean and with everything you need - even with a very good heating system. Good to have because the weather was wet and stormy. Short walking distance to Metro Station; 2-3 stops to train station Campanha. Walking distance to the Old Town. Ana & Joao very helpful - thanks for à wonderful stay! Next time longer - obrigada 🇵🇹

Wow. What a beautiful experience with my family. Nuno welcomed all of us in and gave us a full tour of the apartment. We picked the apartment based off of the photos and still the apartment is so impressive in person. After our tour he presented a map of all the places we should see during our short stay and included his own curated food/entertainment guide and his travel logistics guide. Every dining suggestion we took was fantastic. The apartment is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Please come ready to walk! That’s how you get all your senses awakened in this beautiful city. Although it rained our whole visit (Nuno had umbrellas ready for us to use, thank you Nuno!) it was perfectly romantic and just as gorgeous especially knowing we had a safe warm beautiful place to come back to. Nuno thank you for always checking in on us and your hospitality. We fell in love with Porto and your beautiful apartment but most of all thank you for setting the tone for us. 🙏🏼

The pictures are true and spot on. The view is that beautiful. And the place is gorgeous. Walkable by about 12-14 minutes to a ton of restaurants and vibe places on the Gaia side. Beautiful place. The stay was short but it's a nice place for few people. David was very friendly and I send a lot of useful information before and after check in. Always attentive to requests. The proximity to the Madrid metro served us a lot. The only thing I think of is a place to store luggage as any of the use areas would be blocked.

Maria was an excellent host, very attentive. The apartment is in a perfect location and to spend a few days 2 people is more than enough.

Spacious and quiet apartment near Atocha train and metro stations and El Retiro. Host was very helpful and accommodating with our schedule. Beds were comfortable, espresso machine was great, and kitchen well-equipped. We would stay here again.

A very comfortable accommodation, in the heart of downtown Salamanca. The windows overlook an interior patio and although that assumes that the interior of the place is quite dark, it is appreciated for the quiet at night. Alberto is a very good host, he communicated with me whenever I needed him very effectively and decisively.

Peace of mind and comfort

Felt right at home in Manuel's studio - perfect for my needs in Salamanca. The place is quiet and peaceful. Excellent location. Manuel is very gracious, hospitable, kind, responsive, and thoughtful. Right before check in, he even met me on the street (which ensured I did not get lost) and helped me with my luggage. Muchisimas gracias por todo, Manuel!

Very good location, close to the metro and Jardim do Morro. Balbina was very attentive and friendly, she made my stay very enjoyable. The space is very nice, I felt very calm and confident.

Awesome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I spent a month and a half at Natalia's place and it was like being at home. House close to all public transportation and supermarkets. Quiet area. The photos of the house match the reality. Everything is perfect. Thanks!!
