Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Douro River

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

very good hospitality from Luis. The home is well designed, perfect for a couple. Good place to start for hikes or discover the region. the ground floor living room is a little dark.

Very cozy, perfect for a large group of people. The house is warm and very large, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms to be comfortable. The location is perfect, close to downtown. It's well parked in the area. For putting a but the beds and pillows quite better.

A repeat experience! I was previously contacted if we learned the time of entry to the house and when we arrived home there was a super cozy temperature in every division. Linda made a point of leaving a basket of products from the area that were wonderful. The super-equipped kitchen, like everything needed for a stay and family and friends. The whole dwelling was well taken care of, clean and with various details that made us feel at home.

Very comfortable and cozy and very well equipped house. Fantastic for a family holiday. We have already been twice in winter and we love the house always warm and the fireplace great! Carina is a great host and all communication with her is always simple and easy!

Nice stay in a charming house, a pity the rain and wind that prevented us from using the patio as we would have liked. The owner was very attentive to everything and friendly.

We were comfortable in the house: large and modern. We had a problem with the app to get in one day (it didn't connect to the street door and couldn't open it) but the guys were in contact with us at all times. One issue to take into account is the coffee machine is capsule (it's deLonghi) and if you go when supermarkets are closed (holy week for example) or you bring the wrong capsules, there is no way to make coffee.

Everything went very well, the stay was very cozy and the house phenomenal. We would repeat without a doubt

Exceptional stay. The house is beautiful. It has all the amenities, spectacular views of the estuary, garden, horreo...a pass. Cristina as a host, perfect, many recommendations on good places to eat, parties, have a drink, buy wine...spectacular. 100% recommended.

Whole house at a little bit remote village. Clean, fully equipped kitchen. Responsive host. Quite, private environment.

It was a very pleasant stay. Very friendly and attentive host. The location of the house is in a quiet area but close to beaches, restaurants and nice bars. I recommend it mainly for large groups or families as the house is very spacious and well equipped. Thank you for everything we hope to repeat the experience soon

Fantastic accommodation, it is a great home for gatherings of friends. We spent the whole time in the outdoor area, which is super well prepared as a leisure area. We would repeat 100%. Walter made it very easy for us and was very attentive to everything we needed.

Casa Grande is an amazing house, we loved our experience, because yes it is an experience! The path to Covelinhas is very steep, you have to be careful when crossing cars. The pool is superb, the rooms are all lovely. There are two small cafes nearby but otherwise we travel by car. I would highly recommend it.

Unbeatable location and quality of the apartment and responsible people

Apartamento bonito, very comfortable (especially the beds, which is difficult for them to be liked by everyone) and very well equipped. The location is very good for exploring much of the Community. Elsa was very friendly and attentive and gave us many indications of places to eat, visit... in short a very nice stay.

Perfect house for what we were after. It is in a quiet and very nice area Also the pool gives a lot of play. Just like you see in the photos, it's very clean. Maria Jose de 10! Cula queries that I had solved it and always with kindness. Highlighting that she had a detail with us that speaks very well of her as a person. Definitely to repeat.

The place is perfect if you want to take advantage of skiing in La pinilla station. Very favorable that it has covered parking for snowy days. Regarding the accommodation it was pristine, to be released.

Quiet and beautiful area, the apartment is cozy and warm if you put all the radiators to a good level. The only problem is that it does not have blinds if you are dormilon will raise the light

We had an amazing stay !! We felt right at home. Clean house, with all the basic and necessary utensils. Communication with hosts was great. Very friendly and available. The location is more than excellent. The smell of the freshly washed sheets was one of the highlights😍. It's good to feel at home when you're away from home. I'll definitely be back!
