Holiday rentals with a kayak in Douro River

Hi, I want to thank you for the amazing experience we had at your home. The house is simply fantastic, with a fabulous location that allowed us to enjoy the most of the stay. We were received in the best possible way, and everything was impeccable. We loved our stay at Carla's place with our family. The accommodation and the surroundings are beautiful. Also the covered outdoor kitchen and bbq at the property is nice and cozy. The swimming pool is also pleasant to chill out for a while. Furthermore, we took beautiful walks around the Sousa river. Also we visited a Guimareas and went to the Arouca suspension bridge and stairway by the Paiva river. Very nice!

Alessandro and his partner were very friendly! He helped us with getting started on the surf boards and was always happy to help. The house is located right next to the beach and the ocean and is ideal to start surfing. We were able to use the bbq facilities loads and the veranda is very nice in case the weather is bad!

Daniel is super attentive and responding to everything at the moment made the whole process very pleasant. The house as in the renovated photos and the truth is that it's great. The area is very nice and quiet. Some little detail of the furniture that you can see the use, but very small things. For me, super recommended and I would definitely repeat:)

The view from this home is priceless. It is spacious and very comfortable. The power went out multiple times but always came right back on. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests.

Cesars place is a great find! The little house is very well thought through, with very modern touches to an eco home. The balcony area has an amazing view with the river running right below. The location is great, being only 5 minutes drive to the centre of guimaraes but also being in a more rural area with nice forested views. Cesar is a wonderful host and provided a delicious organic breakfast - including yogurts, granola, eggs, bread and fruit. Very recommended.

The house is beautiful, very spacious. It has a fireplace in the living room that makes the stay much more welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and well lit with natural light. I don't know hey any disturbing noise. The area is very quiet. There's plenty of parking in your area. From the house we visit the towns of tourist interest in the surroundings, which are about 30 minutes away. Obrayan and his wife were attentive at all times. They were very attentive and friendly. If we are back in the area, we will repeat, without hesitation.🤗

The Los Carballos country house won over the family from the photos and we fell in love when we arrived. Javier accompanied us there and made us feel right at home, explaining everything in detail and recommending lovely places to visit. We had an amazing weekend, enjoying all the amenities: a barbecue and stone tables outside, a well-equipped kitchen, very spacious showers, super comfortable beds and a pellet fireplace that made the living room very cozy for playing board games. The estate is a paradise, with trees, grass and space for children and adults to play and enjoy: even a badminton court! At night, we used the sun loungers to see the stars and the Milky Way, an unforgettable sight! Javier, an exceptional host, always attentive, treated us with great affection. In short, a wonderful experience in a dream house and estate, perfect to enjoy with family or friends and explore the beautiful area of Baiona and its surroundings. We'll be back!

Adrián is a charm, the most beautiful house of what is shown in the photos, we will repeat in summer to enjoy the pool. A beautiful area, with a breathtaking view, we are left in love with the house so beautiful and we found it very curious about the bees 😍

We had a great few days. The place is perfect for two people and the surroundings are beautiful for walking and enjoying beautiful sunsets. Ideal for disconnecting.

The place, although difficult to access the development where it is located, is very good. In summer it has to be great for the pool. For families with children, great, there is room and space outside for them to correct. It gave us a great time and we were able to make the most of the bbq. Super well equipped kitchen. Nothing extra needed. For a problem... there is a car (and a GPS) to go down to the village. Otherwise, the house is great and any questions quickly resolved.

We are very very thankful to Helena and Luis. They are very sweet, helpful and amazingly kind. We felt right at home in this absolute stunning place. It is a bit difficult to find, but Helena was a great help. We LOVED it and enjoyed it to the max! We will be back for sure!

Everything very correct , the cabin is perfectly isolated from the rain and cold and the bed that for us is important was up to par.

The cabin is basic but comfortable, the place super quiet. To go with children it is great since a few meters Francisco has the activity park in the heart of nature. Francisco and his family made it easier for us to stay both with the treatment and with the instructions and facilities; we felt right at home. What we needed has made it easier for us immediately and has been very helpful with us; in addition to the patience you have with the kids. It was always available. We are very grateful

Our stay there was perfect. Really cozy cabin in the nature, but still very close to the beach and the cities!

We chose this place for a little escape by the end of our busy season and to celebrate a birthday. We wanted a hut, peace and nature. We got it here. The hut served our purposes for the short stay with all the amenities you need, including heating. The views were breathtaking and the location is out of this world. During the day (a week day) one could only hear birds and the nighttime is one of the most peaceful you can get. Of the sky is clear, it's perfect to watch shooting stars. Would be back at anytime for a longer term.

Amazing place with a breathtaking view of the Douro! In addition, possibility of kayaking!! This place is sublime and very soothing.

easy communication . thelma is very kind, helpfull and flexibele. The house was very nice and clean with a beautifull view and near the beach. We had a good time!
