The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with its own bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

The attic apartment (52 m²) with a living room, a bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance. From the bedroom and living room you can be seen ships passing by on the river Rhine.

Wir sind ein 4-Personen-Haushalt mit Hund, Tochter und Oma mit im Haus! Meine Mutter Sigrid ist Co-Gastgeberin, Putzfee und Hausmeisterin in einer Person, ohne die hier gar nichts laufen würde. ;-) Wir haben schon so viele tolle Gäste gehabt und freuen uns nun auf Euch!
