This approx. 100 square meter apartment with a special flair offers space, comfort and an original architecture: Located in the annex of the main house (with private entrance), a former swimming pool was converted into a bright, spacious apartment in 2018 with a lot of love for detail, which offers space for four people. It is equipped with a hot tub and sauna for wellness and relaxation and is located directly on fields and forests and the Eifel Nature Park with 1000 excursion possibilities (nature/Euregio/cities).

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 km außerhalb der Stadt in einem ruhigen Dorf, umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern. Köln ist mit dem Auto in ca. 45 min. erreichbar, Aachen in ca. 30. Wander- und Radwege sind direkt von der erreichbar. Einige der schönsten Städte der Eifel sowie der Rurstausee sind etwa 15-30 min. entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

The center of the city of Düren is 3 km away from the apartment. In addition, the location is ideal as a starting point for cycling tours along the Rur.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
