Great spot! Beautiful design. It is noisy at night, so its a good place for those who want to join the fun at the next door bar (which has great cocktails and a fun vibe), but I would not recommend for early birds.

Mohmeet was great. He responded all our questions quickly and accommodated our requests. Definitely will be back! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was only 0.6 miles to the Historic Ballpark, so we had a lot of options without needing to worry about parking. Location was perfect, very close to many good restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment was very spacious and very nice - super clean and everything felt brand new. Lucy communicated very well and was very nice. Would highly recommend for staying in Durham

This apartment is in a GREAT area—close to restaurants, and walkable to downtown. Wonderful farmer’s market on Saturdays. The other reviews mention that getting in can be a bit complex but the directions a very clear. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We felt like we really experienced all that downtown Durham has to offer!

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, making it a perfect home base for our trip. Everything was well-maintained, and the space was just as described. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean and cozy stay!

Halley and Will’s place is absolutely perfect. During my longer stay here I fell in love with Durham. They were always responsive and I appreciated the book in the unit with local recommendations. Can’t say enough about how at home and peaceful I felt here. Clean, safe and comfortable, and in a very walkable part of town. I spent many fun nights at Louella’s and lovely mornings getting coffee down the street. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, and appliances worked well. Roberto was very responsive when we reached out to him for assistance. One thing to be aware of is that the pipes bang sometimes when water (especially hot water) is run. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. We'd stay again if the opportunity came up.

Really enjoyed our stay at this home in Durham. Place was great for 3 of us to have our own bedrooms with ample gathering space in the living room, kitchen and backyard. Home was very clean and well appointed. Location was great as several bars and restaurants were only a few blocks away. Downtown Durham was only a 15-20 minute walk away. Communication with the host was seamless, efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again for our future trips to Durham.

Beautiful and large home with generous space which ideal for families or a group. The neighborhood is quiet at night. It is probably walkable but we did not take advantage of that. Sam was helpful via messaging.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chelse's place. First, the location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops (highly recommend JuJu and Vin Rouge). The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. And the house was adorable with everything we needed there. The family room was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would love to go back!

Rental unit was as described, very clean and easy to check in. Location is great - walkable to downtown. The bed was SO comfortable, and the linens were nice.

This apartment is perfect for a couple, and the location is ideal for accessing Duke University. Lots of natural light in the apartment adds to the appeal. Very modern but still comfortable. A gem!

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

A very comfortable, well-appointed location in a quiet area in South Durham. Since we have family nearby and there are relatively few options close, this was an ideal destination for us.
