The 80 m² apartment is located on the first floor and has a small balcony. One bedroom is located to the rear of the courtyard, the other two to the street (30-zone), but for the city center it is surprisingly quiet. Numerous restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets as well as the S-Bahn and tram are within walking distance.

The apartment is on Bismarckstr. Located about 30 meters across from the main train station. So you can't live any closer to the main train station. There are countless restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. In the main station there is a supermarket that is open 24/7 and many other shops.
