The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. The holiday home is centrally located in the health resort of Hage (Berumbur district) in beautiful East Frisia, an ideal base for cycling trips, walks in the neighbouring woodland, visits to the beach, or day trips to the East Frisian islands. Arrive and feel at home. The fresh air from the North Sea, which is only a few kilometers away, will greet you with a breeze. The new 80 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and is completely at your disposal. It is cozy and tastefully decorated. In our garden, which you are welcome to use, there is also a grill and a large fire pit. Bicycles can be parked safely.

Enjoy our cozy tiny house on the space near our farm with horses and our other animals. This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!

High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
