Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Petkum (Emden). The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. The purple guest house stands in a spacious garden with old trees, close to the farm, and offers space for couples, as well as for four adults or a family. Throughout the garden and in the courtyard, there are shady spots for adults to relax, as well as overgrown secret corners and play areas for children. A swivel barbecue with a fire bowl invites you to enjoy evening bonfires on the communal barbecue terrace.

Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! The new 80 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and is completely at your disposal. It is cozy and tastefully decorated. In our garden, which you are welcome to use, there is also a grill and a large fire pit. Bicycles can be parked safely.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
