Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-4 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Opposite is also the indoor game world at the Wangerland holiday village. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

This vacation home has recently been completely renovated and thus equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulf house invites everyone seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) we live in is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian islands or to the coast only 1.7 km away. Extensive bike tours can also be taken along the North Sea coast or you can simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and is not suitable for pets!

The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.
