In the house, the temporary residents should find new, creative inspirations and relaxation that they are looking for. Robust yet gentle, rustic yet modern. A cozy place to relax: during the day on the sun terrace by the in-house pond, in the evening by the fireplace, surrounded by art and records. ... Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Tinyhouse Idylle: Nature & Chickens

The sky above the moor glows in the warm evening light, while the campfire crackles softly. Right by the Ewiges Meer nature reserve lies a cosy tiny house – reduced to what really matters and just right for a break. During the day, hiking trails and a refreshing swimming lake beckon, while in the evening, a fire, tranquillity and a clear starry sky await. And in the morning? The chickens greet you. That's how uncomplicated and beautiful a holiday in our tiny house can be.

Our Forest Retreat is the perfect place to live out your cowboy fantasies and experience the Wild West in the heart of the Dutch woods with a great fireplace outside to roast your marshmallows.

'Old forge' in the green Läd invites you to linger :)

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

Mini oasis in the moor near Bremen

The small trailer oasis is really small and charmingly rustic, but offers everything you need in the smallest space with a terrace and above all: peace and nature. 30 km from Bremen, 3.5 km from Oldenbüttel train station and 3.5 km from Hambergen (various shopping facilities), this mini oasis is located on the edge of a small weekend house settlement. It seems far away, but thanks to good connections and some nice neighbors, it is not at all.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in Bremen from this centrally located place. The city center, Schlachte, the Town Musicians, the Roland, the town hall and Lake Werdersee are within minutes walking distance. This apartment has 1 bedroom, balconies, bathroom, a spacious sofa bed, a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven and fridge. In the living room, there is a flatscreen TV.
