Allemühl is idyllically situated in the valley. Eberbach and Heidelberg can be reached quickly. The perfect starting point for hiking on the Neckarsteig and for trail riding in the Eberbach BikeLänd. The Sinsheim Thermal Baths & Spa World is also not far away.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. Romantic house on the Dilsberg near Heidelberg

The historic half-timbered house is nestled in an unusually well-preserved medieval town with intact city walls, a castle ruin, from whose battlements you can see far into the country and an adventurous castle tunnel that leads to the foot of the fountain, on a cone-shaped mountain, which is surrounded by the Neckar on three sides. Time seems to stand still and you can find peace. Inside, however, the house is in a state that does not lack modern comfort.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
