Sehr zentral, ruhig und groß, in der Altstadt am Schlossberg, auf mehreren Ebenen mit drei Balkonen, in der Konviktstraße, einer der schönsten Gassen. Im 3. und 4. Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Charming attic apartment in Freiburg city center

Enjoy a stylish experience at this great place, which has been decorated with a lot of love. I want my guests to appreciate this and feel particularly comfortable. It is not an apartment for people who want to stay cheaply somewhere, as it is not a typical apartment! The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

Beautiful apartment in Freiburg

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.

Beautiful, angled and lovingly furnished attic apartment in the Freiburg district of Wiehre in a listed and completely renovated Gründerzeit villa. You will have breakfast on a spacious roof terrace overlooking Freiburg Minster and the Black Forest. The bedrooms are rustic gables and turrets, and because of the sloping roofs CANNOT be locked by doors.

So close to the sky... In the nature reserve directly on the forest, far away from noise and everyday life. Very bright and open attic studio with magnificent alpine panorama. Idyllic apartment at the edge of the forest

The apartment is part of an outskirts villa with large garden. In the best location, the tranquility can be enjoyed here: the property is located directly on the forest and on the Dreisam. We, Catja & Andreas (with toddler & dear dachshund lady) rent this beautiful house and look forward to all our guests.
