Centrally located, this main door, lush, artsy ground floor apartment is in a pretty and quiet, traditional tenement crescent, with free street parking for your car, and many buses into the city. Walking, it is 25 mins from Waverley train,3 mins to Holyrood Park, Arthur's Seat, the Palace of Holyrood, and Royal Mile, are 15 minute. In the other direction the trendy city beach of Portobello with promenade, cafes, artisan bakers, 25 min walk away. There are some great pubs & eateries close by too

Our apartment is a comfortable modern space conveniently located between Edinburgh city centre and Leith. Located around a mile from Waverley Station, there is the option to walk to the city or take one of the many regular bus services and direct airport tram located a short walk away. Leith is also on the doorstep. Recently upgraded there is a stylish lounge, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom with King bed. Outside is a dedicated patio area and shared gardens to relax in.

Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.

Drylaw is a residential area that has excellent links to the airport and city centre. The distance to the airport is 5 miles, the city centre is 2.8 miles. The hot tub is a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring beautiful historic Edinburgh.
