Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We love living here and feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and sitting room with a small sofa bed/futon (best suited for young person/child due to it being low to the ground) and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee, microwave and toaster are available.

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

Our beautiful Annex is your own private space, attached to our family home. Set in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Corstorphine; to the West of the city centre. With incredible bus links to the city centre, Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium, and Edinburgh Airport. The Annex is peaceful, despite being close to all the amenities Corstorphine has to offer (think lovely independent cafes, restaurants and shops!). A fantastic base to explore Edinburgh and beyond.
