The clay half-timbered house is located on the outermost part of the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large plot. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Work is also possible ;-) Otherwise hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging... Pitch for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic. Welcome. Our 150 square meter holiday home, in Sundhausen, can accommodate 1 to a maximum of 12 people in total. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used separately as well as together. These 2025 built and modernly furnished apartments, each of 75 square meters, offer a place for stays alone, as a couple, with family or friends, short trips, business trips, and much more, in a rural area.

Welcome to our vacation home with a beautiful garden on the outskirts of Arenshausen. Lovingly furnished, it has everything you need for a vacation and relaxation, from an espresso maker to a charcoal grill. Two bikes are available for exploring the area. Good location for hikes and excursions in beautiful Eichsfeld. Super climbing walls within walking distance (13 min.) with 63 routes, difficulty level 5-9+.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

In this accommodation, you will find an adventure playground right next to the holiday home. While the children play freely, family members can relax on the terrace or enjoy their time in the sauna or pool. The natural swimming pond is just a three-minute walk away, and the Harz mountains can be reached in less than half an hour.

Our cozy wooden log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished and can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the edge of the conservation area and the lake shore. Lake Seeburg with leisure activities and gastronomy is a 10-minute walk away.

Our vacation home is built around 1800 and completely renovated by us. It combines German charm with Dutch cosiness. From the bedrooms you look out over the town, from the living room you can see the huge garden and the mountains behind it.
