Welcome to our cozy top floor apartment with south-facing balcony and beach chair! The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and coffee machine, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and a bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed. The highlight is the infrared cabin in the living room. The sofa bed can accommodate 1–2 more people. Bicycle cellar with charging facility and free parking available. Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village of Werna, population 200, which belongs to the town of Ellrich at the foot of the southern Harz Mountains. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.
