This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The small cozy apartment is located on the edge of the Niendorfer Gehege. The apartment has a separate entrance and terrace. A bus stop is within a 2-3 minute walk. With this bus line you can reach the subway (U2 Hagenbecks Tierpark) within 6-7 minutes and thus Hamburg can be explored. Free parking is available. The arenas, the NDR and Hagenbeck's zoo are in the wider surroundings.
