The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time directly in front of the house on the roundabout. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreational opportunity in the countryside overlooking the pond. The second bed is a bunk bed. The bottom is 1.20m x 2.00m and the top is 0.90 x 2.00m. The upper part is suitable for children aged 6-12.
