The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4) and a separate guest house with 2 additional sleeping places – ideal for friends or family who want a bit more privacy. The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are a 15-minute drive away.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
