The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

The blackforestloft is located in the Terrassenpark Schonach im Schwarzwald, is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and offers a unique panoramic view. The associated underground parking space is very convenient. An indoor pool is also located in the building for free use-open. Hiking trails go directly from the house. It has a separate entrance and is only 20 minutes by car from Freiburg in the countryside and invites you to relax. But also the big cities of Basel (Switzerland) & Strasbourg (France) are easily reached within an hour by car, as well as Europa-Park in Rust as well as the Black Forest, Vosges & Kaiserstuhl.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.
