Parking is right at the entrance. The house is a bit light-sounding, especially footstep noise is audible. 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen-living room and a 20 m², well-insulated conservatory. The surrounding area is close to nature. Sunbathing/playground with barbecue/fireplace.

Our bright, quiet apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people with 72 square meters and is modernly furnished. In addition to the spacious kitchen and a cozy living room, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large covered terrace you can enjoy the sun of southern Baden and the view of our farm garden. The apartment is non-smoking.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.

The city of Freiburg can be reached in 20 minutes by car and in 30 minutes by public transport. Europa-Park is only 20 minutes away by car.

Our apartment is located in a quiet village (Kartoffeldorf) about 12 km from Europapark Rust and about 27 km from Freiburg i. Br. The bright and friendly apartment sleeps 4 people enough. In the living-dining kitchen, you can take care of yourself to your liking. Wifi is available.

Vacation home on farm (EuropaPark approx. 15 min)

Spend relaxing days in our 2.5 room apartment on the farm. The house is only about 15 minutes from Europa-Park and can be easily reached via the highway exit in Riegel. The Kaiserstuhl or nearby Freiburg are other popular destinations.
