Studenten der Fernuni und Frauen sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

We offer a 12 sqm room for our guests from all over the world. The room also has an approx. 2.5 square meter walk-in closet separated by a glass door. It is located on the 2nd floor of our house. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is at your disposal. In addition to the washing machine and dryer, our kitchen and living room with fireplace on the ground floor can also be used. On request, a varied breakfast is offered for €10 extra per person.

The room is located in the center of Dortmund and many sights can be reached on foot from here. I have an exceptionally beautiful quiet backyard right next to my studio. The atmosphere in this garden is peaceful and animated by good spirits. For relaxing! In my 75 m² studio, you can marvel at my extraordinary paintings with earth on canvas and various sculptures. The kitchen and my small bathroom can of course be used.
