A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The property is located within walking distance of 200 meters from the city park and 650 meters from the General Hospital and the pedestrian zone. Nearby is the leisure center "Elbershallen" with its great flair, food, bowling, cinema and theater. The Westfalenbad offers a beautiful sauna area with massage therapy for relaxation. Hohenlimburg Castle, Hohensyburg Casino, Hengsteysee and the marina at Hartkortsee also offer many events.
