The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.

The apartment also offers a small courtyard that is only used by you. So you can relax and sit in the courtyard after a long day of discoveries. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phoenix Lake offers many restaurants and bars.

Camping with comfort and generous space in beautiful nature, just a 5-minute walk to the lake. You have a large teepee with a comfortable mattress and barbecue area. Sanitary facilities may have to be shared with covered wagon guests. Blankets and bedding are provided. The lake invites you to swim, boat or stand-up paddle. The Bergisches Land also invites you to hike. You can also chill all day in the meadow while barbecuing ;-)

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
