The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

A bus stop to the city center and to Ludwigsburg train station is a 2-minute walk away. From Ludwigsburg train station, trains run to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. The journey time is about 15 minutes.

The small, light-flooded one-room house (22 square meters, 4 meters high) is located in a disused quarry on the edge of the forest. Here you can let your thoughts run wild with views of nature and unique sculptures. It has a sleeping loft (1.40 m bed), a small breakfast kitchen, shower area with toilet and everything that goes with relaxing in seclusion.

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
