Spacious house (180 sqm, 4 levels) with 4 bedrooms in the old town of Erftstadt-Lechenich. Suitable for traide fair visitors, for living and working as well as for relaxing vacations with friends/family in a pleasant environment. A few minutes' walk to the historic market square with good restaurants and stores. A jogging route through meadows starts directly behind the house. Ideal for trips to Phantasialand, Cologne, Bonn and the Eifel. Minimum rental period 4 nights.

Small cottage with 2 rooms

The cottage, which is separate from our house (we live on the same property), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room, with a small sofa that is not suitable for sleeping and a dining table, there is also a small kitchenette with a 2-ring hob, dishes, a coffee machine (Senseo), a microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160 x 200. The shower room connects the two rooms. There is a parking space right in front of the cottage.

Or choose one of the forest routes and enjoy nature. If it is too quiet, it is only a few minutes by car to the regional train. From there you can get to Cologne easily and quickly. What should not be forgotten is of course the beautiful Phantasialand.

Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus oder im seitlichen Garten auf der Bank zu rauchen.
