The house boasts an open concept—large kitchen & living room with sweeping views of our beautiful farmland. The newly upgraded deck overlooks the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Our 1,100 sq. ft basement includes a massive sofa, TV, and games for the whole family. Adjacent to Beak & Skiff's Apple Hill.

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

As you walk to the treehouse across the 60' cable bridge you will feel the stress and cares of everyday life melt away. The treehouse is 150 square feet of pure magic and the perfect spot for a romantic getaway high up in the trees.
