COMFORTABLE AND QUIET CENTRAL PENTHOUSE Arrive and feel good. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the popular district Gerresheim, near the Grafenberg forest and has excellent access to public transport 2 minutes walk away, taking you to a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (Altstadt, Old Town, Harbour, Parliament). The newly built apartment of about 50 square meters consists of a living / dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas. A satellite TV, music system and wifi is available and ready to be kept free. The comfortable dining area and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishes are available for self-catering (no stove). Coffee, cocoa and tea are available free of charge. The modern bathrooms are adequate before fresh towels and a hair dryer. Prices are per night and include bed linen, towels, wifi, and costs for electricity, water and heating. Note: Unfortunately, I had to increase my prices by €3.00 per night. As of January 1, 2024, the accommodation tax in Düsseldorf was introduced. Other services such as taxi service, refrigerator- service on request. Flexible arrival and departure times as desired or consultation Pets are not allowed. It is a Non smoking apartment. Free parking is available on the street. By car, taxi or bus you can reach in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (3,5 km) but also the direct connection to the surrounding motorways make a quick connection to both the Airport (10 km), exhibition center (9 km) and in surrounding towns and cities a breeze. The large recreation area located in the immediate vicinity of the Grafenberg forest with its wildlife park, the racecourse and the golf club and the Lake Unterbach with various sports and leisure facilities are attractive destinations. Anyone wishing to experience a journey through time to the Neanderthals can connect the city stay with this famous cultural attractions in nearby Mettmann.

Apartment under the roof in Erkrath near Düsseldorf

Apartment, 25 m² with balcony on the 2nd floor, attic floor for non-smokers with private access via the staircase. Bathroom with shower. Coffee/tea kitchen and fridge A double bed 140cm wide. Bed linen is provided. The walk to the Hochdahl S-Bahn station is about 12 minutes. From there, 12 minutes by S8 to Düsseldorf main station. Arrival and departure time will be clarified individually. Looking forward to welcoming nice and friendly guests. The apartment is unsuitable for parties.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The apartment has a small hallway with a cloakroom as an entrance, a bathroom with shower and a room with a kitchenette, dining table, writing room, wardrobe and two beds that can be used individually or as a double bed. The apartment is surrounded by greenery, directly next to the creek "Düssel", no neighbors, parking on the property in front of the door. Own entrance with only three steps. Check in is done via a key box with a number code, which I will send shortly before arrival.

The apartment (40 square meters) is in a well-kept condition. We look forward to seeing you here in W.-Vohwinkel and hope that you have a pleasant stay. We have already prepared some things for your visit. For the first day you will find coffee, tea, water, spices, pasta, tomato sauce, etc. in the kitchen cupboard. If you have sunny weather, you are also welcome to have a barbecue on the terrace. A small charcoal grill and charcoal are available for you.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

The property offers its own ground floor entrance, a living/sleeping room, bathroom and a small separate kitchen. The house is located on a quiet road, right on the protected landscape area and yet with direct highway connection via the A3 and A46. By car, you are in 20 minutes on the Kö(nigsallee), Messe Düsseldorf or the airport, the journey is about 25 minutes. For those seeking relaxation, there are numerous opportunities in the area.

Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October. Quick tests are not sufficient.

Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
