Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

In the immediate vicinity, the "Rü" beckons with its diverse range of restaurants, bars and clubs – there is something for everyone. Despite the late evening hustle and bustle on the weekend on the "Rü", the studio is very quiet and you can hardly believe that you are in the middle of the action.

The rustic wooden beams on the high ceiling form a pleasant contrast to the bright and minimalist furnishings. This "stylistic break" is pleasantly accentuated by the decentrally mounted light spots. Our modern, fully equipped apartment ( 77 sqm ) is located in a quiet side street in the beautiful green district of Essen-Haarzopf. The Essen Fair, Grugapark and the University Linkum can be reached quickly. The A52 and A40 motorways are also nearby. The beautiful Nachtigallental is right outside the front door. The apartment is new and comfortably furnished. In the evening you can relax on the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful sunset.
