Our beautiful apartment is located in the southernmost district of Essen, in Kettwig. From the balcony on the 6th floor, you have an indirect view of the Ruhr reservoir, which is right at your doorstep (about 5 minutes' walk). The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Distance Düsseldorf Airport / Messe 20 min, Duisburg 20 min, Oberhausen 20 min The bunk apartment in a detached house well separated. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. The wellness area with sauna and whirlpool can be used for a fee on request. It is all around many developed bike paths. There are plenty of opportunities to park and charge bicycles and cars. Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home.

Our accommodation has a separate entrance. Check-in is flexible via key box. The apartment has an inviting living room, a bedroom with a working area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. A private parking space is also available on request.
