Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with its own bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...
