We rent this newly built villa to families who would like to spend a holiday overlooking the lake. The beach with its supervised swimming area is opposite, and the cycle path to Lacanau or the ocean is 6 km away. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated, with controls in each room. There are three terraces where you can eat your meals or relax. The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenants. Or, on request, it can be left to the hosts for the sum of €270.
