Monthly Rentals in Eugene

Great little place for two. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and private area despite being a back house. The only thing is when entering the address in maps, it takes you to the side street and not to the driveway. Our Lyft drivers kept getting directed to the side street. Not a big deal but a little hard to find the place based off navigation. I loved that there’s a little market and convenience store within walking distance. I would def recommend this place or even stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to University of Oregon so it was convenient for going to graduation.

It was a pleasure to stay in Katherine’s beautiful apt. Very close to downtown, and very quiet neighbors. Katherine is an amazing host!!! She was easy to get in contact with and very quick to solve or help with problems that may occur. Thank you again and I would highly recommend staying here!

Part of an old church. So much space for activities. Tons of parking. Lots of privacy. Full kitchen and laundry room, King Bed. 6 minute drive to downtown. Kitty corner from grocery store. I would look for this place if I visit Eugene again. The amount of open space is the biggest sell, you could host a yoga class in the “bedroom”
