50 sqm pet and non-smoking apartment in a quiet location, two rooms, friendly and brightly decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a small terrace with seating. Good location as A8, B27, airport, trade fair, barracks, Stuttgart City and Swabian Alb nearby, good and quick to reach. In the village there are supermarkets, post office, restaurants, bars, banks, doctors etc.. Distance to the airport by car about 10 minutes. Bus about 10 min. on foot.

The apartment is a private apartment with a separate entrance. A contactless check-in and check-out is not an issue. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km.
