Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fléac

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

Nothing to say, we were welcomed with a beautiful basket filled with offerings, the accommodation is beautiful and quiet. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay with our hosts Sandra and Vincent who welcomed us as their family, they were very attentive throughout the stay, so much so that we stayed 2 more days. As the accommodation initially booked was not available for our extra vacation, they provided us with a caravan, a teepee and a whole garden set guaranteeing us maximum comfort, we were overwhelmed by their kindness and dedication. A HUGE THANK YOU to Sandra and Vincent for all the daily touches, we already miss you as well as Bart and Yop 🐶 🤗🥰

Very good stay with Daniel and Christine, a very nice welcome with a little attention. Very quiet places for a relaxing holiday. Covered pool and Jacuzzi is great to enjoy it in all weather. Large and very functional house, small fenced garden and large garden with several games. Really pleasant stay with everything you need for a good holiday. With the bonus of good recommendations about the area and a little bit of very nice history ☺️

We stayed at Muriel's place while we visited friends in Angouleme. We enjoyed the very friendly and relaxing welcome, the clear instructions, the very quiet accommodation, well located on the ground floor of a beautiful bourgeois house, with a beautiful terrace to settle outside. There are bcp of dishes in the kitchen, which is convenient. Muriel was very responsive to our questions. We'll be back with pleasure next time in summer to enjoy the pool! Just like in the photos, we had a great time. The accommodation is very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the place is surrounded by vineyards. We ended our stay with a visit to the distillery, where we learned a lot from Claudia's husband. Excellent stay and highly recommended!
