Suite Vadella Suite Vadella is one of Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee’s stylish suites, with its own private entrance, located in the centre of Vlissingen. The suite features a kitchen, a comfortable sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. The beach, promenade, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Suite Vadella does not have a roof terrace.

In the quiet Zeeland countryside in the hamlet of Poppendamme, near the capital Middelburg, you will find vacation home Poppendamme. The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

From March 2017, our vacation home Zeelandrust is for rent on the beautiful island of Walcheren, just 2 kilometers away from the beach of Zoutelande. The house is next to our arable farm, but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Around the house is a terrace with unobstructed views of the dunes at the front and beautiful sunsets in spring and autumn. The dunes of Zoutelande are 2 kilometers away. Outside the holidays, it is also possible with breakfast (in consultation).

The cottage is for two adults or a couple with 1 child under 16 years old. Not suitable for three adults. Own parking space. Self check-in. The ceiling in the living room is low (190m). In the middle of the beautiful island of Walcheren is our new vacation home "Het Windekind". It is part of a tree-lined yard with horses, chickens and peacocks. A wonderful place for peace and quiet and if you love animals. Both the beach and the beautiful city of Middelburg are not far away. All easily accessible by bike. The house is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. Your faithful four-legged friend is also welcome after consultation!

The apartment is in the front house of the farm. Private parking, spacious garden, great views. Tea and coffee (with milk frother; P), and the basics for cooking and baking are provided. A special apartment with a mix of cool details and beautiful styling in the center of the picturesque Groede. The cozy sitting area and dining area are adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen with a large stove, dishwasher and other appliances. You can sleep in the cozy stylish bedroom with old details where the bathroom with rain shower is adjacent or on the loft where bedroom 2 is located.

New luxury studio

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
