The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijk gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 2-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

The ground floor apartment suitable for 2 people is located on the ground floor. From the beautiful Westkapelle, the famous seaside resorts of Zoutelande and Domburg are also within cycling distance. Our holiday home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the edge of' t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It's enjoying tranquility, space and nature. With a little luck you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After a nice breeze on the beach, you come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.
