Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The ecologically built wood-clay house, our "root house" on the Wurzelhof, with a view of the "Black Forest National Park" in the heart of the national park offers guests coziness and tranquility. The house and the region allow us to look at our roots - at what is really important... Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Right next to the Gmeiner farm with cows, ponies, chickens, cat and dog is the beautiful apartment with 84 m², 5 beds in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a large open living and dining area with kitchen and large terrace. There are 2 more apartments in the house. Dogs are welcome. We charge 25 euros per stay. The municipality charges a tourist tax per day and guest from 16 years of 2.10 euros. This must be paid in cash.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.
