Die 70m2 große, abgeschlossene Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. OG ist eines modernisierten ehemaligen Bauernhofes mit Panoramablick in ruhiger Alleinlage und dennoch nahe am Ortskern. Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten. Das umgebende Gelände ist naturnah angelegt. Liege-/Spielwiese mit Grill-/Feuerplatz.

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

We would like to offer you living in a special atmosphere: exposed timber, partly exposed masonry and natural clay ceilings meet designer chairs and lamps. Clear lines in the furnishings, on the organic structures of the house. Lush honeysuckle, a native climbing plant, wraps around the house, which is surrounded by perennials. It has a separate entrance and is only 20 minutes by car from Freiburg in the countryside and invites you to relax.
