Klara apartment - central & cosy

The Klara apartment (42 sqm) is suitable for 2-3 people and is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet, central location. The apartment has a living/sleeping room with a grand-lit (160 cm), cozy "reading chairs", flat screen TV, music system, Wi-Fi and parquet floor. In addition, you will find a small, fully equipped kitchenette with coffee pod machine, toaster, 4-burner stove and oven, a dining area, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and hairdryer as well as a large covered south-facing balcony with nice seating. An additional sleeping chair is available for the third person to sleep. A travel cot is available for infants. The apartment also includes an underground parking space in the house, which can be booked. The Klara apartment is a non-smoking apartment - in the interest of everyone, we ask guests not to smoke in the apartment. The city location of the apartment close to the center and train station makes the car unnecessary. 5 minutes walk to the train station and tram and 10 minutes to the city center, the university clinics and the university – this central location is unbeatable in Freiburg. Nevertheless, you live quietly and green in Klarastraße. An urban neighborhood full of life with a special flair, so the Stühlinger district presents itself in the heart of Freiburg. All utilities are practically around the corner - several bakers, butcher, supermarkets, newspaper kiosk, etc. On Wednesday and Saturday is a farmer's market. The varied pub scene is mainly studentized and correspondingly inexpensive.

We rent our beautiful apartment with flair at the times when we ourselves are not there. Very central, quiet and large, in the old town on Schlossberg, on several levels with three balconies, in Konviktstraße, one of the most beautiful alleys. On the 3rd and 4th floor, with large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. I rent a small, modern two-room apartment in a very quiet location in Freiburg St. Georgen. The apartment has a dining-living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Everything is lovingly furnished and ideal for a holiday for two in the beautiful Black Forest. From the apartment it's just a few meters into the vines and into the woods. But you can also easily get to the city center by bike and tram. The car can be parked in front of the house. Arrival time 15-20h.
