Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

Welcome to Albtal Menzenschwand! Here you can hike, swim, ski, enjoy stars, visit World Heritage Sites or make campfires and relax in the award-winning Revitalbad. The Rehbachhaus is surrounded by the slopes of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park on the edge of a small village below the Feldberg. Stylishly renovated, it overlooks meadows and mountains. The Waldlusti is a beautifully located apartment on the edge of the forest in the Singen district of Überlingen am Ried. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Our duplex apartment is located in a small residential complex with several apartments. The 80 square meter apartment sleeps up to five people. In the spacious living room with open kitchen, you can make yourself comfortable after a day of hiking, mountain biking or skiing. The balcony offers you morning sun and a wonderful view of Schönwald. The quiet location at the end of a dead end road ensures relaxation as well as the in-house sauna and swimming pool.

The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.
