With us the visitor's tax is included in the price, corresponds to a discount of about 5% for 2 persons. From the 4th night you will receive interesting discounts, which increase with further nights. The apartment is in a quiet apartment building on the 2nd floor, balcony overlooking the countryside. The apartment is located 120 m from the shore of Lake Constance and is close to the city. No personal contact is necessary at check-in and check-out, access is controlled by Smart Home.

Nested on a small hill our lovely secluded Black Forest Chalet with garden offers stunning lake views. Less than 1 minute to the lake! Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturday to Saturday bookings during high season form May 30th until September 5th.

Just a few steps barefoot across the meadow of the small park in front of the house and you jump into the water, enjoy the hustle and bustle of the water birds or the spectacular sunset over the volcanoes of the Hegau. The flower beds and the old trees of the park open the view to Lake Gnadensee and the monastery island of Reichenau. You can enjoy this magnificent panorama through the spacious windows from almost all rooms and of course on the balconies of the 200 sqm duplex apartment.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Silva Nigra Chalet for 4 at the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.

Your vacation at the shores of Lake Constance

Welcome to our vacation home, ideal for 2 people (2 rooms, approx. 50m²) and located right within the beautiful nature of the peninsula Höri, next to Lake Constance. The lake is only a 300 m walk away and the apartment is part of an ecological and wood & brick house. Our garden offers a direct view of the lake. Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.
