The apartment is located on the north side. part of the English Garden. It's just a few minutes' walk to the U-Bahn [subway]. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

Auch für Bettwäsche ist gesorgt. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Seit 09/2025 Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

It is equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom. Parking is free on the street. Munich can be reached by S-Bahn or car. Bicycles can be borrowed from us free of charge. Washer and dryer can also be used. There are supermarkets in Neufahrn.

The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds which can also be pushed together to form a double. A second room has a single bed. Depending on the number of guests, one or the other room is available. The apartment has a 40 sqm balcony. The couch is not a sleeping area.
