Sie ist sehr hell und im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein großes Schlafsofa, Eßtisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein Kinderhochstuhl. Im Schlafzimmer stehen 2 Betten, die zusammengestellt oder auch einzeln gestellt werden können. Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert. Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Zur Terrasse gehört ein eigener Gartenteil mit Grill. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Our house, Sonnengruß, was completed in the spring of 2022. Six beautiful and comfortably furnished apartments have been created here in the heart of the Linzgau. 90 sqm of living space invite you to feel good, spread out, and enjoy your holiday! Close enough to be far enough away! Enjoy the tranquility and nature in the hinterland and the proximity to Lake Constance with its many attractions and sights! There is a lot to discover and do! :) Pets are welcome in this apartment.

Apartment East – Compact & Cozy On the upper floor of the house you will find the approx. 37 m² Apartment East, which is ideal for 2 people. The combined living and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, TV and a small sitting area creates a cozy atmosphere for relaxing days. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. All furniture was crafted by a carpenter from natural Swiss pine wood, giving the room a warm and pleasant touch.
