The luxuriously furnished apartment has a separate entrance, a small south and a large covered west terrace. Comfortable garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are available. The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 large wardrobe, parquet), 1 large, bright living / dining room (dining table, sofa corner, parquet), kitchen (fitted kitchen with high-quality branded appliances), laundry room (dryer and washing machine) and bathroom (with underfloor heating, spacious, floor-level shower and double vanity). The bedrooms are equipped with modern, high-quality furniture, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. 3 large-format flat-screen televisions, BlueRay surround system and free highspeed internet access (Wifi 6 with 1000MBit/s) offer additional convenience.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and is closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. The Pool Suite is ideal for family and friends, as it adjoins a heated garden pool (May to October) with a sun terrace and is surrounded by a lawn for playing and sunbathing. The shared outdoor area invites you to relax, and its covered pool terrace with barbecue and lake view offers secluded privacy. The modern Premium Suite awaits you with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area for up to 6 people.

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus caravan blends harmoniously with the convenience of being able to use both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free).
